Hello, i need a script to be added to linux server directly on the root or on a wordpress platform.

The task is simple:

I have a txt file that need to be uploaded each 30 minutes to another server (here we have ftp access with user and password.)

I will need to upload the same file each time. Maybe once a month it will be necessary to update this txt file with a new one.

The server is centos-7-x86_64
