Job Description:

This component consists of a battery operated chirp or alarm that activates every 20 seconds and lights up via LED at the same time. When horizontal its in the off position. When vertical (past 90 degrees) its in the on position. This is done by a tilt switch I assume. Much like when a book is on a desk. When the book is closed it is off. When the book opens it is activated after 90 degrees. It should be small like a matchbook but size is flexible with cost to manufacture (as cheap as possible) and preferably round in shape.
