The Board of Directors want to utilize the surplus as the wish without soliciting input from the homeowners and are creating a precedent that would be difficult to reverse if the Board is successful in their spending plans.
• Deliver a well-thought and practical campaign strategy, associated tactics, and execution plan.
• Provide social, print, and web guidance and consulting to ensure success of the campaign.
