Configure SPF, DomainKeys and DKIM in PowerMTA for Windows Server

Job Description:

I need a PowerMTA expert to configure support for the following :

SPF, DKIM, DomainKeys for my PowerMTA running on my windows server 2012. I have a Google DNS to use for the DNS records and I can add the DNS records. The SPF. DKIM and DomainKeys will be validated using [login to view URL]

Please only bid if you specifically done this before in PowerMTA for Windows.
