I am transitioning my small, incorporated Canadian company accounts from Xero to Quickbooks. I would like help with a few distinct parts of this work.
Part 1: do data entry for records from Xero into Quickbooks so that I have multi-year information available. This is a low volume company, so this would only involve a few hundred entries. Unfortunately, because there is no way to export / import between Xero and QB, this must be done manually.
Part 2: clean up records for the last fiscal year (Oct 1, 2013 thru current) to make sure things are properly recorded in the right accounts.
Part 3: prepare corporate income tax returns and associated documents
Part 4: ongoing bookkeeping assistance. The company is pretty low-volume and I am comfortable making most of the entries, but occasionally have questions about how a particular transaction should be handled. I would like to have a quick quarterly review of the records to make sure everything is balanced and up-to-date.
