1. A spreadsheet summarising the cost of building and improving some villas over time (and then the basis for the price of investors shares)
2. A spreadsheet for monthly expenses and/or daily accounting. Operating expenses (salaries, electricity, maintenance etc) should be separated from reinvestment into equipments (such as generators, shower heaters, kitchen accessories…). And it should be shown who spent the money (Which associate or the business itself).
3. A spreadsheet with payments of customers for each villas and incomes (may be together with the expenses)
4. A spreadsheet showing updated shares for each of the investors in percentage at the end of each month. This could include how much each investor received in the beginning of the month, and how much each investors is supposed to receive at the end of the month
