Liquidate BVI company (British Virgin Islands)

Job Description:
In September, 2021 I have founded a company in the BVI. That company never conducted business, it has not done a single transaction, has no liabilities. It is an empty corpse.
Legally, I am required to shut down this business.
The registered agent is charging ridiculous amounts of cash, that I don't have.
They also claim I am legally required to do tax and accounting reports and charging a lot for these (although there are zero transactions)
Can you support me in liquidating this company? I am the only director of the company. The current state of the company is "Strike off".
