Need Quickbooks Online Expert & Skilled Bookkeeper

We are an IT support company looking for bookkeeping service. We are looking for someone who are in the business of supporting American clients.
Requirements:
* Must be an Expert in using Quickbooks Online with qualifications
* Certified Accountants is Preferred.
* Have experience with support clients in the USA.
* Great communication and uses VoIP for voice meetings.
* Able to speak and write proper English
* Verifiable American Business Clients & provide USA references is Preferred.
Summary of work needed to be done on a Bi-Weekly Basis:
2nd week, Saturday
Book Keeping Tasks:
1. Enter Transactions:
a. Enter of All bank Accounts & Save Digital Statements
* Visit: Accounting\Scanned - Deposits & Rename all new client checks
* Bank of America
b. Enter of All Credit Card Accounts & Save Digital Statements
* Amex
* Bank of America
* Chase
c. Enter of All Barter Accounts & Save Digital Statements
* ITEX
d. Enter Paypal Accounts & Save Digital Statements
2. Bank Reconciliations.
3. entry of new invoice in Excel sheets from quickbooks.
Collection:
Update the status in quickbooks and excel sheets of receipts of amounts against invoice.
a. Use Outlook to turn service call entries into QuickBooks invoices
b. Record status in Open Invoice Tracker
c. Send Invioces to clients
* Invoice pdf file name should be 2013-08-31 - [Name of person]
* BCC to ... so I get a copy.
d. Always send Geek Shield Invoice to:
* client a
* client b
Report:
Spend 10-15min creating a report for Ken
* List all clients who didn't pay after 3rd attempt
* Problems you discovered while doing work for me
* Problem with credit card payment, e.g. failed transaction

Availability:
Our bookkeeper can help us on their own schedule but if we have special needs or special requests, we like support and communication on that day.
