Remote payroll specialist & Administrative Assistant

I am looking for an experienced remote payroll specialist and administrative assistant to join my team. I currently use QuickBooks for our payroll system and I require additional administrative tasks beyond payroll. I manage a team of more than 50 employees, so someone with a great eye for detail and an organized approach is essential.
The successful candidate will be able to help with the day-to-day running of my team, from managing payroll to providing administrative support. They should be comfortable working with various software and digital services, as well as have experience creating and maintaining accurate financial reports. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are a must, as this position requires regular contact with our team and customers.
