Virtual Assistent for AMAZON SHOP (FBA) with weekly management

We are looking for a virtual FBA for my AMAZON account to run our AMAZON shop independent with agreed weekly reports and activity forecast planning.
This included but not limited to the following key activities:
- Amazon Seller account already setup (most is done)
- Setup and design a branded storefront to showcase our main products
- Register our products in AMAZON (initially we have 10 products with our own private label and trademarks / patents registered)
- Setup Amazon's Brand Registry for our trademarks/products (we have two trademarks to register)
- GS1 barcodes available on each the products itself
- Set up FBA and monitor daily (as required) and provide a weekly report with rolling forecast for next 4 weeks
- Create product listings: Write descriptive titles, bullet points, and product descriptions, including relevant keywords. We will provide high-quality images of our products.
- Optimize your listings: Continuously improve the product listings by testing different keywords, images, and descriptions to improve conversion rates and search rankings. Provide weekly report (with change from previous week to current week)
- We will ship products from our suppliers to Amazon Global logistics (China) = you need to prepare our inventory according to Amazon's guidelines and make a distribution plan how to organize shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers. (weekly report and rolling activity plan for next 4 weeks)
- Set up pricing strategy: Determine suitable pricing strategy and regular competition check (as applicable)
- Manage inventory: weekly check the inventory levels and let us know when to replenish stock as needed to avoid stockouts and maintain a healthy sales velocity.
- Set up Sponsored Products ads: design and utilize Amazon's advertising platform to promote the products (cost budget for this needs to be submitted weekly / monthly as applicable)
- Utilize Amazon promotions: Offer discounts, design coupons schemes and lightning deals to attract customers (cost budget for this needs to be submitted weekly / monthly as applicable)
- Implement email marketing: Collect customer emails and send targeted campaigns to generate reviews (weekly report and activity plan for next week to be submitted weekly)
- Manage customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, returns, and complaints. Target KPI: 80% responses within 4 hrs, 10% within 8 hrs, 10 % within 24%
- Monitor and analyze sales performance: provide weekly report to review your sales, advertising performance, and customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Japan, HK, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia,

All African countries
