Hello

My enginner use his crédit card on my account aws.

Now the account is suspended. They ask me many documents about credit card /Bill but now They reask me all documents

-- A copy of a recent statement for your MasterCard ending in 33, including the billing address.

-- Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your AWS account

The cars is the card of my enginner. If i send my name. That doesnt match. So they dont deblock my account

Plz help me
