AWS SES SNS

dear all,

I am seeking someone who is expert in SNS to deploy some security measures to be used on SES side in terms of controlling and limiting any kind of abuse from spam and bounce rate including but not limited to setting per hour and daily limit rate per SMTP user, also email notifications for any abuse/spam/bounce incident .. the balance between security and flexibility is a major factor, over protected measures may lead to end user dissatisfaction and below reasonable level make the system vulnerable
