Terraform small bash convert (quick pay and 5 stars)

Please see the attached bash script - need all the same in Terraform (don't need full terraform) and only the blocks that achieve the same goals and can add it. (not user data but actual Terraform calls).

If you have a basic framework to make this work "fine" and that proves.
