Android Database architecture for document manager

We need the help of an expert android developer who has experience in designing the database and architecture for document or image-based application. We want to fulfil the following requirements:

A) We will be saving document images as a file with all the metadata in SQLite. Those files or multiple files can be saved in the folder structure. So to access images in a folder:

1-we have to get all the filenames in the folder

2-then should get all the image names in a file

3-the load those images glide along with folder file architecture.

B) We have to sync the local database with realtime firebase and storage. whatever changes that are being done locally need to be updated on realtime firebase and storage as soon as internet is connected.

C) We also need to update the local database if it gets corrupted or removed.

D) The App should load the local database without consuming any time.
