Android, fix one bug, update SDK and add location API

Here are the project details:
A) Update firebase/ Crashlytics SDK to the latest version.
B) Fix one location bug
C) Push via API location and wifi data update from a background/terminated/foreground Android application to a server. The push would take place once the user completes pairing (The pairing already works via QR/Unique Link) and also push location/wifi update every time the phone moves more than 500 meters.
FYI:
1) You would get an API to send the new location with the WiFi information.
2) The push API Location/wifi (section “C”) should work well while the application is terminated/background/foreground.
3) please provide APK for QA testing
