I need an app developer who can design an app that works for both consumers and businesses. The app will need to allow consumers to create a profile and add their ID by scanning it in/taking a picture and uploading it. It will also need to allow businesses to see the profiles of consumers by scanning their ID when they arrive at the business. The app will be aimed at increasing the sustainability of the cannabis industry, so it will also need to include a function that gives consumers a visual representation of the waste they've saved by recycling their packaging at participating dispensaries (which our partner, who will collect the recyclables, will calculate and provide the data for). Lastly, when consumers' recyclables are accounted for, the dispensary will provide them with credit, so the app will need to include a function allowing those credits to be added to a user's profile and then used at the dispensary. Essentially, the ID is what will provide a link between the user's profile, the ability for dispensaries to issue credits for recyclables, the ability for the user to view/use those credits, and the ability for the user to track the waste they've saved- which is why the scanning function is so necessary. I also already own the app name under apple developer, so being able to upload the app you create through my apple developer account would be ideal, but I'm also open to other options if that can't happen.

Alongside logging in each time with a username and password, I think logging in with a phone number and receiving a code to then input in the app could be a good option, or allowing for the option of face ID/a PIN.
