Create a small Android App with simple WebView and File system access

I need a ready Webviewer running on modern Android OS min. Android 4.4 Lollipop

Needed requirements:

- At startup call defined URL and view as fullscreen without any header or footer and without add containers and no button to click.

- Enable all access for the running webapp inside like

File upload

File download to app-related folder, created when installing apk (new standard)

Microphone for recording speech and saving as audio file for upload

prevent websites text input field at the bottom from be hidden by android keyboard to not type blindly

The optimum would be to get the solution as Project in MIT App inventor or Kodular for my own adaptions

and optimizations or as Android studio project by same reasons.

The job shoud be easy done in short time since the modules are already existing in all SDK's and only the permissions to filesystem etc. have to be realized.

For Infomation the background idea: The webviewer lateron has to run a ready chat app inside which is created as webapp and the viewer should make it a native app. The webapp is ready and working fine by HTML5, PHP and Jscript (Ajax)
