Get subscription information from Google Play Console to Wordpress user metadata and change user role

Job Description:
For an Android "webview" app I would like to change how in-app subscriptions works. When a customer make a subscription on google play I would like the app to get the subscription ID and place it in a user custom field in a wordpress website then add a role to that user.
when the subscription expire i would like the website to have a checker with a timer (1 time per day) to check all customers with that role and if any of them has an expired subscription then that role will be revoked.
