Job Description:
Hello, I need a simple mobile app (Android) created. I need a feedback app ( customer satisfaction) where people will be presented a screen with Emojis.
How satisfied are you with our service?
The user will tap on the respective emoji and thank you will be showed and the cycle repeats again. (The questions can be made to be edited)
And data of that to be stored offline in the same mobile or TAB which can be extracted as pdf file.
That's all just a simple app.
This is an example. Picture attached below.
I just need this screen showed. People just need to tap in the respective emoji.
Then thank you will be shown and the cycle continues..
All the data to be stored on the tab/mobile.
Which can be showed on a pdf file.
Date wise filter.
How satisfied are you with our service?
Emojis be shown ... with heading
Excellent, good, satisfied, bad.
User will tap on one of these emojis and thank you will be showed.
Then again the emojis screen will be shown for the next customer.
That's all.
Then I would require data of the feedback received.
Like how many excellent ,. How many bad, how many satisfied..
Into a pdf file. Maybe add a date filter as well.
My budget is max 30$ it's an offline application and fairly simple. It's for a hospital for patients.
