Simple scanning android app

Ideally it should consist of two screens:

the first allows you to enter a 6-digit numeric code,

the second must have 4 buttons: the first three (mandatory) open the cam for scanning a single document, the fourth allows you to scan multiple documents.

Once at least the first three documents have been scanned, it must provide a button to send a single PDF created by combining the previous ones, named with the 6-digit numeric code, to a predefined email address.
