small foodtruck restaurant ordering/ order managing app

we have a small food truck restaurant. wants to get orders from customers by ios and android app, customers can pay with card after ordering. must to have a order managing area, and a manual ordering app for the truck stuff to complete a cash payed order. no need invoice but need analitics and need numbers for the orders one by one, what is not depend on paying method but depends on order time.
must to have work in more location, for example on 2-3 foodtrucks too, but customer must to choose the location, or app use geolocation to register the order for the correct foodtruck restaurant. or if customer wants to pick up the food, can choose the foodtruck restaurant manual. staff and chefs must to see the orders and can change its status. ( get, in progress, ready to go ) customer must to get sms or notification about the order status, and order number. we'd like to use a small monitor on foodtruck to show the ready to go order numbers. its like a webshop. order, pay by card ( or by cash ) order accepted notification - after when the chef klick on it the status going to in progress - after the food ready - notification ready to go. i need a freelancer who can do the coding, and make the apps, or a freelancer who master of SiberianCMS or other app making platform and can do the work on this platforms.
