ANIMATION OF BRAIN AND BLOOD FLOW AND STROKE -- 2

i need a 2 d animation image of a brain , which shows blood flowing, and then blood flow stops and a stroke appears. must be original art, no 'borrowed/stolen art'. budget $40 . if interested please send a watermarked mockup of some kind. i cannot make ten milestones for ten different artists just to see which artist is 'real' :)

Please see attached image. What i need is:

the entire blood vessel tree should be colored blue. The it should show in first few frames red blood filling it slowly from bottom up. Then it should show a clot travelling up and getting stuck in the blood vesel tree in one of the big vessels.. Then it shows blood flowing again, but it does not turn red after the block point, the part of the blood vessel tree after the block point turns greenish brown..
