2d hand drawn animation

Job Description:
A simple yet really stylish hand drawn (no sound) animation to bring the attached 11 slide sequence to life. It's for a corporate audience, will feature on the home page of their website in a window , so it needs to be clear, bold,, confident and elegant.
I don't want clip-art or anything that looks computer generated, (I can do that myself). I'm looking for an artist who can convey the message with stylish simplicity in am intelligent and serious way (so no wobbly-line stuff). And definitely nothing with a hand holding a pencil doing a sketch (it's too over-used and un-original for our needs).
I tried hiring on fiver and have already wasted too much time and money on people who claimed to be great artists but who produced pictures which were no better - often worse - than those in the attached file (which I created myself in powerpoint simply to create the brief).
I already have a couple of videos others have made (and been paid for) but we can't use them because they are not good enough (though can provide the [login to view URL] files and explain which details are right and which are wrong).
Good drawing is they key. Simple, confident line-drawing, which helps engage, not distract, the reader of the text running beneath. So not too fussy, beautifully simple, original and a pleasure to see.
Because I can't afford to keep wasting money on people who claim they can really do this and then simply feed me computer art back, I would like to invite you to send a sketch.
