Christian Website Maintenance - Long term, part-time

Job Description:
I have a successful website, @ 20,000 hits per day. It is hand-coded from scratch in procedural PHP with some MySQL and javascript.
I need to find a long-term full-stack developer, to help and eventually take responsibility for maintenance and upgrading of the website.
Requirements:
1) PHP, Javascript, MySQL, HTML/CSS.
2) General server configuration/interface (Apache/Linux)
3) Design/Photoshop skills would be a big plus
4) Excellent English skills; really I would prefer a native English speaker
5) Residence in U.S., Canada, U.K.
6) This is a devout Christian ministry, so I need someone who is not antagonistic to Christianity. I have to trust you on this.
I can guarantee minimum 4 hours per week to start. I pay promptly and in full, but I expect at least a basic time sheet (which I will pay for you to do). So this is clearly an opportunity for a long-term professional freelancer to add a steady client.
