Project Background: This device consists of 3 sensors used to measure wearer's biorhythm ( temperature, pulse rate, exposure to ambient light).
Purpose of this device is to display a single metric on to the built-in display module which is synchronicity (offset value in %) of user rhythm to the static model rhythm.
To achieve the synchronicity value;
[login to view URL] polls data from three sensors over the 24 hour period and sleep time and inactive time is deemed irrelevant (power save mode between data polling and inactive time)
[login to view URL] 24 entries of hourly polled data for every 3 sensors are compared to static data to achieve offset value in %
3. process 1,2 is repeated for 5 days to achieve median offset value
4. each sensor carries a different weight when total synchronicity is calculated.
5. Total synchronicity value is displayed on to OLED display on the device.
Deliverables: Arduino sketch writing from scratch to make the device function.
Current state of the project: Working Components connected together.
Sensors: Temperature sensor, Photo Resistor, Pulserate sensor
Power: 3.7v Lipo Battery 600mah, boosted to 5.3v
MCU: Arduino Pro Mini
