We currently have a Mixed Reality project where we are using ARCore to try track certain sporting surfaces (eg basketball court) and objects (eg balls, backboard).
We have been using anchors to fix our position, but we are experiencing drift when camera/body movement is too quick (eg jogging or looking around quickly).
Hence, we are now looking at other alternatives including image/object/color/line recognition using some tech like Arduino. We have looked into 3 particular cameras, the Pixy2, the HuskyLens and the OpenMV Cam H7. All these seem impressive but we are unsure if any of these cameras are a solution to our needs.
