Need help creating a hardware prototype device

Job Description:
I have 2 devices that need to be enhanced. They are a Raspberry Pi and Arduino. One transmits data to the other. But I need it to be better engineered. Need to add encapsulation to the devices and add an accelerator and one device needs to be able to connect via Bluetooth to multiple devices and manage them.
