Proposed title of one of these: "How cuisine definitions have changed over time; a guide for local Gov tourism authorities when promoting a destination”
I am thinking of focusing on Italy as the key culinary playground and possibly add examples from "Little Italys" around the world, or what other countries do and from whom Italy can learn.
I am considering a comparison of definitions such as:
- fast food Vs slow
- traditional Vs modern
While considering the meaning of quality, originality, Km zero, etc.
Need to get drafts to review weekly and the final "draft" by 15 June.
