Job Description:

1 "Duplicity of the records is impacting the whole application. If we are creating multiple enrolments, the student is getting n times registered in the application and the duplicity with respect to registration in the student view, student detail report, registration count is impacted.

SOLUTION: Course name and Batch will be removed in Advance search to achieve unique recrods.

Software will not search or show any of the enrolled information. "

2 "> Add control: Registered Course Name

> Add control: Pay mode, Bank name, cheque no, cheque date as per paymode selection change , same as Installment payment

> Add new Added columns in Print Registration Receipt will be added while entering registration

> Course Name will be displayed in the Registerred student list."

3 Export to excel option to be provided in the transactional records of the student view page

4 "Addition of two new columns in the fee deposit and fee deposit tax report

a) Payment Stage (Registration, 1st Instalment, 2nd Instalment, 3rd Instalment)

b) Instalment Date of the instalment amount"

5 Comma Separator for the figures on the dashboard. This should clear the view of the figures represented at the dashboard.

6 Enquiry Page: Bring the field named “Enquiry Source” from other detail to personal detail tab so that the user can select the source of the enquiry detail. Make the selection of the field mandatory.

7 Enquiry Page: Selection of the field Enquiry Date as Current Date only. No back and future date should be allowed to be selected from the calendar in the edit enquiry page.

8 "Addition of a new Column in the Fees Pending Report, Student detail transactional view:-

1) Instalment Number of the pending payment Registration, 1st Instalment, 2nd Instalment, 3rd Instalment)"

9 Settlement Report (Format will be provided)

10 "Batch Master : As there are too many batches so need to change of the batch master to increase the speed of loading of the page"

11 Payment should be taken by the counsellor role only

12 Batch shifting : Batch should be independent, and There should be tab in which active or inactive batches can be selection option

13 Attendance page for faculty all Course should be visible.

14 Drop page, If student has been dropped then on drop page there should be that dropped enquiry visible with his enquiry no. not with zero number.
