I need to develop a simple inventory system utilizing .NET RP, ASPNET Core MVC/API and SQLServer in Azure. Use OAuth2 authentication with external providers. This will also be accessed on a mobile browser. So some basic styling is required.

The entities/screen entry will include

1. user signup/login/profile view

2. add/update/delete sites

3. add/update/delete items

4. add/update/delete deliveries

5. post one or more deliveries

6. add/update/delete shipments

7. post one or more shipments

8. list items with onhand qty

9. query item and display onhand

Each of the tables have 5-10 fields to keep it simple. I need the pages/code simple so I can follow and expand on it. I used to code in MVC many years ago, so I have some knowledge and will be able to follow it. I will expand the system with other functions myself.

I need someone who can do this quickly and inexpensively with the basic functionalities above.

can you give me a rough estimate of the total dev hours for this project? I need it in a shorter time frame. Fixed bid is okay too.
