Transfer content from old asp.net site to new Joomla site!!!

I have my old site in asp.net but the old webmaster deleted the database so it does not work. I would like all the content brought into the joomla site. Everything you need is in the old files.
Must be a clean and quick uploading joomla template for my farmers who have Dial up. You can use the layout of the old site but would like to make it feel new and fresh. Would like new header but the least of our worries at this point. Need all the SEO, meta and key words brought over to. We have high rank with our .com and would like to keep it up..
Some one else will be creating the quote system unless you have the ability then I will give that at a separate price...
