There are 2 works i want to be done, we use 3CX Pro (whcih has CFD included), so need to get 2 CFD designed
*Project 1 - IVR Blast and transfer on request*
We will upload a list of number in excel, and the syetem will auto dial those numbers to play a pre recorded message and give option the receiver to press 1 to order at that moment.
Followign settings required to be customised,
1. The list of extension the system needs to check if they are online and free before dialling out the call.
2. In which ratio, the system will dial out the agent avail, like if one agent is available and factor is 3 so the system will dial out 3 calls for one agent.
3. To check how many channels are free before dialing out the calls, so say i put condition that the system should auto dial only when atleast 4 channels are free, it should dial out then only.
Incoming call (Mapped to a DID / internal extension) to be answered by the system and greeting. IVR should give options and at press of button transfer the call to deisred call Que (We have department wise call Que).
Auto email to be sent for all call lost, which dialled the number and CFD picks it up and the user did not give any input.
IVR has to be time sensitive - we should be able to set time for all department of initial IVR, and at time when no section / department is available, the desired voice message is to be played.
Working hours and Holiday list will be auto populated in the system and system has to play the desired away voice message when its non working hours or Holiday.
