Media software/server for streaming audiobooks

Job Description:

I want audiobooks to stream to my clients who have paid for the subscription. I have built the Apps and the Web where it will be streamed, and looking now to find the best streaming server and most secure so that nobody can download my audiobooks file.

Can you help me with that, and what is your solution to this?

The uploading process must be easy as I will be adding files from time to time.
