We are developing a water treatment system integrated into the design of a barge
To do so, we need to design a new or retrofit an existing barge to meet specific design requirements
We need a naval/marine architect to:
-Review the feasibility of our operational requirements - can it be built? will it work the way we intend it to?
-Recommend new / retrofit design
-Provide high level cost estimate/time to complete a full design as well as to build/retrofit it
-Provide high level 3D rendering of what the barge might look like
