CAD revit designer

I am looking for a talented CAD Revit Designer to interpret engineering sketches into CAD or Revit with detailed plans for a large and highly complex projects. The main elements and features of this design will incorporate technology systems. This would include collaborating closely with the engineer, placing of icons on architectural sheets, drawing one-lines, inventing new icons, organizing sheets, collaborating with architects. Projects may be in either current AutoCAD format or BIM/revit. There is no specific project currently but I am looking for available talent to hire on a per-hour basis. Ideally, the successful candidate will bring experience of designing similar projects and be able to demonstrate records of successful completion. A strong portfolio showcasing similar projects may also be beneficial.
The project requires a level of proficiency and understanding of CAD Revit, as well as expertise in reading architectural plans. The candidate will take direction from the engineer so specific knowledge of building technology systems is not required. The contractor must be willing to work to tight deadlines, commit to communication throughout the duration of the job. You should also be comfortable working with a team in order to ensure the project is delivered on-time and as planned. Because everything is digital, this is perfect for working from home.
