My home has a garage that I need to convert into an ADU – accessory dwelling unit. To complete this project, I am in need of someone who can pull a permit for this project. I have specifically determined that a building permit is required .
The architectural plans are almost ready and you need to finalize them, and provide the structural engineering plans.

The engineer must be in southern California, near Los Angeles area, and must have a California license.
During the construction, the city may ask the engineer to come on site. Can you come to the construction site?
If you are not licensed in California, and if you can not come to the construction site, please do not submit a bid.
General and building Contractor experience is a plus.
You need to submit online the plans, and file all necessary documents, to the Building and Safety Department in the city, and you need to get the PERMIT pulled. Your price will include all necessary corrections required by the city to get the permit pulled.
Owner need to approve the plans and all the documents, before the online submittal to the city.
