Engineering stamp for a wooden carport for Solar PV

Job Description:
Simple 2 car 20'x20' carport with 20' 4x12, 16' span, as the structural horizontal elements. I drew up a preliminary plan that is waiting on an Engineers input and corrections before I finished the plans. I am really doing this as support for a close friend.
BTW I have decades of experience in Seismic Rehab and geotechnically challenged hillside design and construction. My previous Engineer i sno longer is business so I am looking for another coorperative CA Engineer.
