Job Description:

Pole Barn at its bare minimum.

I am looking to build a simple and basic pole barn. I want it for wedding venue. BUT ABSOLUTELY nothing elaborate. I just want 4 outside walls, open ceiling so you can see the beams, and then 2 bathrooms. So mainly its all floor.

My county just requires an architect do the 2D drawings for my permits. I live in south carolina and the building would be around 34-3600sq ft. I need the drawings to be stamped by a USA architect licensed in SC.
