Job Description:

Please see the attached design brief that has been approved by the Client. We will be looking for a permit set. I will coordinate all material and fixture layouts and finishes for input into drawing set. I have all of the Architectural and structural as built as needed. I think the focus areas will be the trellis and moving the interior wall at the front of the building. Please review and feel free to call me when you have a moment. I will be on site on Tuesday the 7 th if you are available....
