Killing Moon is a London based music company. We cannot access our website via word press, when trying to change the password it comes up with an error. Our admin person has stated :
1. We can't connect to our EC2 instance (killing-moon-ws1-v2) in the AWS console - not sure why or if this is causing any problems
2. We need to disable the plugins on the site so we can troubleshoot the issue we're currently having
3. We also need a copy of the database and all of the files on the site
