AWS Lightsail shell command script

Job Description:
We urgently need an AWS CLI script that will automatically find all Lightsail instances, and run shell commands on them. These are 3CX servers, and we just need to remove a couple files. But we have well over 100 servers to run them against.
The script needs to go to each instance and run:
cd /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/electron/windows
sudo rm -rf 3CX*
Time is essential - happy to pay more for fast results.
