Create and deploy a BioBert Q&A model in Azure

Job Description:
I'm looking for a talented freelancer to create and deploy a BioBert related Q&A model in Azure. This will require you to use any Bert related model for the architecture, like for example Bio_ClinicalBert, Medical Bert, etc, to create the Q&A model. After the model is created, you should deploy it on the Azure cloud platform.
I need you create this pretrained model quickly and show me how to deploy it on Azure as fast as possible.
The azure part is important! The model needs to be deployed into Azure environment - just be aware of that. You should have experience on deploying models in Azure Cloud.
