Parsing data with dynamic uploading to the site (PHP / Yii1)

Online store suppliers send price lists in different formats (different types of files and different files interior). Data from price lists must be automatically and dynamically uploaded to the site.

Mostly files are sent from google or excel tables, sometimes in pdf. Samples of the price lists will be provided to the final candidate, including access to the required parts of the project.

Uploading algorithm:

- If there are products in the price lists that are not on the site, then these products must be automatically added to the site with data from the price lists.

- If the goods from the price lists are on the site, but the data of the goods of the site differ from the data of the goods in the price lists, then the data of these goods must be updated on the site using the data of the price lists.

- If the site contains data of goods that are not in the price lists, then these goods must be automatically removed from my site.

Also it needs to leave the ability to edit these products manually, if necessary, through the admin panel.

It is necessary for this script to work schedule, quickly and without errors. Technology stack can not be changed.

The price, as well as the terms, are offered by the candidates and then negotiated.
