grep from a hanging line

Trying to grep from a file like this and get the IP address

trying grep with this and expecting to get hostname and ip right below it.
grep [login to view URL] -A6 hostname
Really need a bit of help if you can help me get the ip address from this file.
Please note if you help me get it going I will leave 5 stars and pay prompt with very nice comments (something I enjoy doing very much)
