we are on planning to build a health rehabilitation project for the elderly and those who have experienced an illness, injury, or disability. The project will be divided into two main parts. The first is housing which consists of cabins scattered around the project. and the other is an area for clean health services such as swimming pools, walking tracks, gyms, and places for massages and medical treatment. The project will be built on an area of fifty thousand square meters. The site has existing buildings and I would like to benefit from the existing facilities as much as possible. Considering that such a project requires careful consideration of the specific needs and preferences of seniors, moreover: In Saudi Arabia, it is common for health wellness spas to have separate facilities for men and women.
In this request, I would like a pre-design that combines the unique ideas in this project and achieves maximum benefit from the existing facilities. So that it reduces, as much as possible, demolition and new construction.
