We have a D&B project for Contractor. We are picking the design up from RIBA Stage 4, to help deliver on site. I’ve attached a few of the drawings and 3D views. I put some together for the tender bid, which were successful. It’s for a Sea Cadet building on the bank of Edgbaston Reservoir in Birmingham.
There are some CAD drawings already, although there will need to be some amendments to meet Building Regulations (fire lines etc), and as you can see from the sectional elevations, there is construction/build up detail missing.
How would you be able to support me with drawings? Do you get involved in construction detailing? it’s the generation of 2D drawings for the contractor to procure subcontractors and build it which will be key for me. There will also probably be some to-ing and fro-ing with this as the Contractor dictates how they want to do it, so we need to factor this in. I hope you can assist..
