Design and complete set of drawings for a house build in Thailand

We have 10 000m2 of land in north east Thailand and plan to build our retirement home and small farm. We have plenty of ideas of what we want both for the piece of land as well as for the house and can share this once we get a good landscape and house architect onboard. Optimally we need designs and drawings that can be shared with us in a format that can be further enhanced once the building starts. We also need someone that have the right credentials for sound constructions - optimally someone that knows European standards but with an understanding of Thai building approaches.
