I need an architect in Budapest, Hungary

I need a design for a new building to be constructed in a District of Budapest that I still haven’t chosen yet. I will buy a large plot of land for the new building. The building must include a large “salt room” which can accommodate up to 50 people at a time, and a smaller salt room for up to 20 people at a time. I also need 1) a separate rooms for a beauty salon/aesthetician for up to 8 people at a time; 2) a room for a cafe/bar for up to 20 people at a time; 3) a room for a kindergarden for teaching pre-school children, ages 4 to 6; 4) a separate gym area for up to 20 people at a time, with attached locker room and changing area; and 5) a separate massage room for up to 6 people at a time. There should be an outside balcony are for up to 30 people. Please tell me what your fee is to prepare the necessary architectural drawings. Thanks, Robert Hayhurst
