Harvest e-mails and send an email blast - repost

Job Description:

I would like to do an email blast to a specific professional industry in the USA. This is not adult material and is not offensive or inappropriate in any way. This is professional business material and the email blast will be sent to a specific group of businesses.

Therefore, I need a provider to harvest e-mail addresses for a specific industry in the United States. I need as many emails as possible (tens of millions). These e-mails need to be provided to me in ascii text format with the source as proof of quality with respect to the industry in question. I will provide the keywords used to search and harvest.

Then the same provider must be able to send an e-mail message blast to these millions of addresses from his own server(s). The e-mail will contain some text and an image with a link to a web site but will not be very heavy in terms of load.

The provider must have the necessary capability to do this and should be able to provide reports showing how many have been received, have errors, are blocked, etc. The email messages must all be sent within a reasonable delay, to be agreed.

The provider must also provide a simple web interface to allow recipients of the emails to remove their email addresses from the list. This web interface must remain in operation for 30 days after the last e-mail is sent to allow users time to unsubscribe. This removal list must be provided to me on a regular basis as the e-mails are sent.

The provider will use his company name and address to indicate the source of the e-mail to the recipients. This information must be displayed at the bottom of the e-mail as required by the CANSPAM law in the USA.

I am aware of the companies that offer these services and their prices. But I need a provider to do both the harvesting and the mailout from server equipment that can handle the volume and which will have no impact in terms of blacklisting, etc. The provider will ideally be located in Asia or Eastern Europe and will have experience doing this kind of work.

You MUST be EXPERIENCED in this field. You must be aware of the technical aspects of what is required and you must be familiar with the restrictions and loop holes for sending mail from a foreign country to the United States.

I will pay in 3 payments: a third when you have harvested the data and sent me the ascii file showing how many e-mails and their sources which you have harvested. Another third when you begin the email blast and a final payment when you produce reports showing the results of the email blast.

If the provider is successful, I will use the same provider to do more email blasts to the general public (hundreds of millions), in the weeks following the initial mailing.
