• Do the remote jobs from your home or any places around the world. Identifying and developing to new and existing clients relationships in a competitive environment.
• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
• Work closely with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
• Make cold calls to HR department leaders and industry executives who have authority to engage the services of a recruitment consultant or recruiting firm for which the consultant work.
• Meeting with new and existing clients, pitching on new projects, networking lunches and events or candidate floating.
• Participate in industry conferences for recruiters so they can cultivate relationships with counterparts with whom they can share ideas and possibly candidate referrals.
• Evaluated on yourself record of successful placements. Determine by monthly and annual placement goals and develop strategies for candidate-sourcing techniques that yield the highest-qualified active and passive job seekers.
• Graduated/Non Graduated in any field.
• Specializes in a market or industry related to understand and propose solutions by focusing on client requirements
• Work experience in sales, marketing or any customer-oriented role will be a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical in a clear and concise manner
